Every NovaDock order ships with tracking included.
How it works
- Order confirmation — you receive an email the moment your order is placed.
- Dispatch & tracking — within 1–3 business days your order ships, and we email you the tracking number with a live tracking link.
- Delivery — EU orders arrive in 3–6 business days; international orders in 6–14 business days.
Can't find your tracking email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder — search for "NovaDock".
- Make sure your order was placed more than 3 business days ago; tracking is sent at dispatch, not at purchase.
- Still nothing? Contact us with your order number (it starts with #, from your confirmation email) and we'll send your tracking link the same day.
