Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order — no minimum.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days within the EU and 6–14 business days internationally. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
30 days. If you're not happy, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every NovaDock product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer law (Directive 2019/771).

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.

Compatibility

Is the charging station MagSafe-compatible?
Yes. The NovaDock 3-in-1 station is MagSafe-compatible and charges an iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods at the same time.

Will the screen protectors and case fit my iPhone?
Choose your exact model at checkout. NovaDock Glass and Privacy Shield cover a wide range of iPhone models; the Aurora case is model-specific. If your model isn't listed, contact us before ordering.
