These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through novadockstore.com (the “Website”), operated by NovaDock. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under EU and Belgian consumer law, which always apply.

2. Products

All products sold on our website are new physical goods unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or pricing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is confirmed. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer you the correct price. You will not be charged for a cancelled order in this scenario.

4. Order Process & Contract Formation

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. No contract exists until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, if items are out of stock or if fraud is suspected).

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our website but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or events outside our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Full details are set out in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. 2-Year EU Statutory Warranty

Under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU), all physical goods are covered by a 2-year statutory guarantee from the date of delivery. If goods are found to be defective or not in conformity within this period, you are entitled, free of charge, to:

  • Repair of the goods, or
  • Replacement of the goods, or
  • An appropriate price reduction, or
  • Rescission of the contract and a full refund

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU and Belgian law, our liability for any claim arising in connection with these Terms is limited to the price you paid for the relevant goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this Website (including images, text, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to NovaDock and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the ODR or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. As a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the EU.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future purchases.
